The following General Terms & Conditions of Sale concern the sale and offer of products on the website luciekaas.com & arneclausen
Shipment and returning of goods
All goods will be sent by parcel post, which allows you to track the package. The goods are insured in transit and you are requested to check the contents of the package on delivery. If the package and/or contents are damaged upon receipt, the customer must notify Lucie Kaas Aps immediately, or not later than seven days after receipt, and return the goods to us.
All goods, which are being returned to Lucie Kaas Aps must be sent by parcel post with a tracking number in the original delivery packaging. Lucie Kaas Aps will not be liable for goods damaged in transit.
Customs and VAT
If the customer orders from a country within the European Union, the prices include Danish VAT and no customs duty will be added in accordance with the rules governing free movement of goods with the European Union.
If the customer order from a country outside the European Union, packages will be shipped DDU and customs duty and other costs will be payable by the person receiving the goods.
Sales offerings are subject to price rises, VAT changes, movements of exchange rates, sold out/out-of-stock items and typing errors.
Freight & Delivery
We will process your order within 24 hours of the next working day in Denmark. Our delivery times are as follows:
Denmark: 1-3 business days
EU (except Denmark): 3-7 business days
Rest of Europe: 3-7 business days
Rest of World: 5-10 days
All customers paying by credit card are subject to validation controls which may delay delivery. In addition to this, Lucie Kaas Aps cannot be held liable for delays caused by freight forwarders.
Freight costs are calculated based on destination. Standard freight costs & carriers are as follows*:

The General Terms and Conditions of this site apply solely to private customers. It is not possible to enter VAT/CVR numbers when trading on this site. If you would like to shop on behalf of a registered business, please contact sales@luciekaas.com
Prices
All prices displayed on luciekaas.com & luciekaas.dk are indicated in EUR or DKK and are inclusive of 25% Danish VAT.
Orders for countries outside of the EU may be subject to extra VAT, import duties and/or taxes which are added once your order reaches your country. Lucie Kaas Aps ships according to the Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid. Any additional charges must be paid locally in order for your package to clear customs. Please contact your local authorities for more information. Please also note that if goods are returned due to unpaid customs, the cost of returning to our warehouse will be deducted from any refundable amount.
Freight prices are added on top of total order amount. Please see below regarding freight.
Item availability & Disclaimer
Lucie Kaas cannot guarantee that the content of the website is free from errors or mistakes. Furthermore, we cannot guarantee that all product information is up to date, including product availability.
If you have ordered a product which is sold out, we will contact you regarding our inability to send.
Order confirmation
Lucie Kaas Aps will forward the confirmation of an order after the order is submitted. No binding purchase agreement between the customer and l Lucie Kaas Aps has been made until the customer has received an order confirmation from luciekaas.com/arneclausen.com
Payment
The Lucie Kaas Shop accepts the following credit cards: VisaDankort, eDankort, Mastercard and VISA.
We will capture the amount from your order once it is sent from our warehouse.

In other words, only PBS (Danish Payments Systems) will have access to your data. Neither luciekaas.com/luciekaas.dk nor any third parties will be able to see the data being exchanged in connection with the purchase. luciekaas.com/luciekaas.dk will keep the personal contact information strictly confidential, and we guarantee that none of it will be disclosed to third parties.
